The Day of Action turned into a day of celebration when we learned that all the main parties had agreed that our Whittington A&E should stay open. The rally gathered a lot of media coverage, both in the press and on television, and many, many photos were taken.

Where Next?
Nobody knows what will happen after the election. One thing we do know is that all the major parties have threatened public sector cuts and no health services can be assumed to be safe from this or the constant threat of privatisation.
